ABOUT

Camila is a Spanish-Chilean cultural entrepreneur with 8+ years of experience producing and designing interdisciplinary projects that merge music, performance, and community-building. She’s the founder of Beyond the Norms, an event production agency crafting unique and meaningful experiences for creative and corporate teams, and the co-founder of Out of Context, a Berlin-based creative network known for immersive gatherings that blend art, music, food, and culture as part of the collective experience. 

She’s also the creative mind and producer behind In.habit.ants Festival; a biennial community gathering that features live music from different parts of the world, artistic performances, immersive DJ sets, self-discovery workshops, as well as culinary food. 

Recent collaborations include helping produce Tudo Bem? Space at Waking Life festival, stage management and artist care at Gaswerk Music Days; a summer festival in Berlin dedicated to Radical Live Music, and doing International Bookings for Ao Sul do Mundo; a worldwide management & booking company based in Lisbon.

Beyond the Norms (2024–Present) Founder & Creative Producer

Created and developed a three-day community festival in Brandenburg featuring live music, artistic performances, DJ sets, and workshops — all immersed in nature and accompanied by culinary experiences. Led the concept, curation, and full-scale production across three successful editions.
